You don’t have to do this alone
In a herd, no one heals alone. There’s always someone standing close, sensing when you need space and when you need support. That’s the kind of care this practice is built on — steady, present, and attuned to you. Whatever you’re moving through, you don’t have to face it by yourself.
Every herd had its own rhythm.
Some days call for movement, some for stillness. Both are part of healing. You might be navigating something you can name, like burnout or a hard transition, or something quieter that doesn’t have a clear label yet. Either way, you don’t have to arrive with the words or a clear plan.
At Herd & Healing, therapy isn’t one size fits all. Using a blend of traditional talk therapy, movement-based approaches, and trauma-focused techniques, we meet you where you are —working through the thoughts that keep you stuck, the body’s response to stress and trauma, and the deeper patterns below. Whether you’re working through something specific or just trying to feel like yourself again, however that shows up for you, we’re here to walk alongside you.

Mission Statement
At Herd & Healing Counseling Services, we believe healing happens best in connection — never alone. Just as a herd offers steady presence and attunement to its members, our practice is built to walk alongside you through life’s hardest moments with care that’s grounded, responsive, and genuinely present.
We integrate evidence-based approaches to include CBT, EMDR and somatic work to support healing that addresses both mind and body. Our goal is simple: to help you feel less alone in what you’re carrying, and more equipped to move through it.
